We at Arogya Yoga School express utmost pleasure in welcoming Yogis from around the world into our Drop-in Yoga sessions that are held at our Centre near Tapovan, Rishikesh.
Our skilled and experienced Yoga Gurus will cater to your every need by paying individual attention to you, assisting with your posture, alignment, and breathing patterns. They will also readily answer any FAQs that you may need clarified. The primary focus in these drop-in sessions will be on an array of Aasanas pertaining to the Hatha, Ashtaanga, and Vinyaasa forms of Yoga. With well-informed insight and demonstrations on each Aasana, our Gurus will create the perfect atmosphere to moderate your stress and tame your boisterous mind. In addition to Aasana practice, crucial emphasis will also be focused on Praanaayaama, the conscious regulation of your breathing pattern. Our Gurus will take you through the process to rectify your breathing style with the help of Guided Meditation post practice in order to ease your senses and relax your body. The drop-in sessions at Arogya Yoga School are guaranteed to leave you rejuvenated, unwound, one with yourself, and euphoric.

Silence should be maintained between 10 PM until the morning.
Regular home work should be completed.
All classes are mandatory to attend unless you are ill.
As a part of the evaluation procedure there will be an assessment for certification.
Arogya Yoga School reserves the right to disqualify any students at anytime during the course for misconduct.
Eating and drinking (anything other than water) is NOT ALLOWED in the yoga halls.
Use of electronic gadgets (i.e., mobile phones, laptops, tablets) during lectures is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
During asana practice leave all jewelry, books, extra clothing, book bags and purses in your room. Only yoga mat and water bottles permitted in yoga hall.
Management expects all students to clear your practice space immediately following your practices.
